Mrs. Vorstein is one of the main antagonists of Disney's Alvin and the Chipmunks saga. She is the mother of Klaus and Claudia, wife of Dr. Vorstein and archenemy of David Seville. She has a British accent. Mrs. Vorstein came from London, England, UK. Her bosses were Disney CEO Bob Iger, Michael A. Colglazier, the president of Disneyland Resort, and George Kalogridis, the president of Walt Disney World Resort. She learns and believes that Dave abuses The Chipmunks and Chipettes, especially Alvin Seville.
Brittany Miller exposes her for lighting a huge skyrocket launching Dave Seville into a fireworks explosion, destroying him, which reveals to Iger of her needless treachery and murderous crime against one of The Chipmunks and Chipettes' old managers, causing the Vorsteins to get fired.
Now that Disney reacquires The Chipmunks and Chipettes, Inspector Jamal places Vorstein and her children under arrest and send them into custody.

- Mrs. Vorstein is very similary to Fairy Godmother from Shrek 2. They both are obsessed with happy endings.
- Mrs. Vorstein is similar to Scar from The Lion King. They killed the hero's fathers. (Scar killed Mufasa in the wilderbeest stampede, Mrs. Vorstein killed and blew away Dave Seville in a fireworks explosion by launching a huge skyrocket).
