Troy is the main antagonist of the Adventures of Alvin and the Chipmunks episode "Chipmunk See, Chipmunk Do," in which he invites a partially amnesia-stricken Theodore (who thinks his name is Trevor) to his alley, only to eventually reveal himself as a tyrant who rules the streets with an iron paw. His minions Rusty and Lenny turn out to have never had a personal problem with chipmunks and thus reform. However, Troy insists on attacking them, only for Dave to protect his children as Troy cowardly retreats, shouting to the Chipmunks and the Chipettes that he will be back.
Troy is a Black and Tan Coonhound.
Troy appears in an opening nightmare sequence in one episode, in which the gang are running from Troy, only for him to kill them and later kill the remaining Theodore by pulling his head off, but no blood is shown.
Troy makes his final appearance in the series finale Christmas episode as one of the two main antagonists (alongside his new owner Ian Hawke). In the end, Ian is arrested while Troy ends up getting his legs broken by Theodore and Eleanor in a last attempt to kill them.
